**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and capacity alignment.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Identify and escalate potential delays or issues affecting production timelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes and systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering,



Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
