**Responsibilities**:
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods
- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
- Loading and unloading / able to operate a Forklift

- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Interface with forward forwarding to answer questions and solve problems
- Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Coordinate activities with other departments.
Experiência y requisitos
Highly effective warehouse skills and techniques




- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Forklift certified - Ability to input, retrieve and analyses data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate Team Members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge in logistics or supply chain management (Receiving, Shipping, stock location, southbound process, customs requirements, etc.).
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
