**Requirements**-
-- At least 4 years of experience in sales or hospitality, managing a team.
-- Ability to create liaisons within the company
-- Outstanding relationship with American, Canadian and/or European Tour Operators
-- Fluent English, spoken and written (business English), french and German language desired
-- Valid US Visa & ETA for CAN & UK, and availability to travel
-- Proficency with Opera, Delphi and Salesforce
-- Outstanding service-driven skills, communication, interpersonall skills, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
-- Reside in Playa del Carmen or availability to change of residence.
