PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Support the field sales team by analyzing data, providing insights, managing tools, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance overall performance and achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support the field sales team and management.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.

Sales Performance Tracking
- Monitor the performance of field sales representatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, market share, and distribution.
- Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports at both individual and team levels.

Forecasting Support
- Support the sales and demand planning teams in building accurate sales forecasts using historical data and market trends.
- Work closely with the commercial (sales)



team to incorporate market inputs, assumptions, and field insights into forecasting.
- Contribute to inventory planning by providing data-driven insights.
- Track forecast vs. vigente performance and highlight deviations.

Field Market Exposure & Insights
- Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to gain a first-hand understanding of execution, customers, and point-of-sale dynamics.
- Gather qualitative insights on competitors, pricing, promotions, and channel performance.
- Use field observations to complement data analysis and improve reporting accuracy.

Sales Tools & Reporting Enablement
- Support the management and continuous improvement of sales reporting tools and dashboards.
- Ensure the field sales team has access to accurate and relevant data.
- Act as a point of contact for reporting-related queries and improvements.

Training & Support
- Provide basic training and support to field sales team
