Unity Communications International is looking for motivated and customer-focused **Customer Service Representatives (CSR)** to join our onsite team in Hermosillo.
The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work onsite at our Hermosillo office
- Resume must be submitted in English
