Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Develop, manage, and continuously update the Forecast plan and production schedule based on demand, material readiness, and manufacturing capacity.
- Analyze capacity constraints, including labor availability, equipment utilization, and shift structures.
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and SMT teams to ensure timely material availability and schedule execution.
- Monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules proactively to address delays, priority shifts, or operational issues.
- Provide routine updates and clear visibility to leadership regarding schedule adherence, risks, and capacity outlook.
- Ensure proper synchronization between planning activities and inventory control.
- Utilize ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite) for work order management, production planning, and material requirements updates.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, build plan attainment, production efficiency, and inventory turns.
- Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, suppliers,



and international stakeholders.Experiência y requisitos- 3+ years of experience in production planning, factory scheduling, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production planning best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.-
