**Responsibilities**:
- Drafting administrative records.




- Attending subpoenas and inspections by the STPS and the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board.
- Following up on labor claims.
- Compiling case files.
- Keeping labor lawsuits, articles of incorporation, and internal work regulations up-to-date.
- Promoting alternative solutions to labor disputes.
- Providing advice on immigration services in Mexico.
- Processing employer certificates, FMM permits, Mexican visas, temporary and permanent residences with or without work permits, and family-based visas.
- Keeping track of the renewal log for Mexican visas for foreign personnel.
- Handling inspections and notices from the National Migration Institute.
**Requirements**:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Bilingual (90% English).
- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and Federal Immigration Law.
- Driver's license.
