We are seeking a self-confident professional who has a strong sense of urgency, is people oriented, focused on results, an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager that gives clear expectations to engage the team in achieving and exceeding goals, to lead our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, delivery and safety. As a Plant Manager, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing production processes, and fostering a culture of excellence within the manufacturing team.

Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in high mix low volume manufacturing industry, with high interest in continuing developing to a Senior Manager level, engaged and eager to learn.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety protocols.




- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse workforce and have a change agent mindset.
- Bilingual Spanish English
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
