Work schedule: Hybrid, going to the office in GDL for 3 days

The PM analyst works as support between GBS Creative Services, and the client to ensure low complexity tasks and projects are delivered on- time. The primary responsibilities of this position are to manage low complexity marketing projects, in order to help the project specialist to to be align with the company’s strategy, commitments and goals; and to generate project timelines for task assignment. The PM analyst is a highly organized profile ,and will ensure projects are completed on time.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supporting stakeholders’ needs, routing approvals, and manage keeping both, creative resources and stakeholders on track to ensure timelines are met for low complexity projects
2. Support creative portfolios from $100K to $250K income impact.
3. Plan, oversee, and document all aspects of the projects assigned.
4. Execute multiple concurrent project tasks and milestones within necessary timing for low complexity projects.
5.



Effectively communicate project expectations to internal stakeholders as the project evolves for low complexity projects.
6. Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and creative marketing team members.
7. Help Project management specialist with projects tracking for an specific portfolio, if necessary.
8. Create project timelines with project templates base.

Job Qualifications

Skills:
1. English 90%.
2. Results-driven, fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines with project manager support,
3. Strong time and resource management, and strict attention to detail.
4. Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
5. Knowledge of integrated marketing and what it takes to get projects done right
6. Knowledge of project management methodology
7. Effective written and verbal communication and proofreading skills.
