As an

EHS Manager

, you will play a key role in driving Environmental, Health & Safety performance and ensuring compliance across manufacturing operations. In this role, you will:

- Lead ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification activities, audits, and corrective action closure.

- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and deploy EHS programs, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate internal audits, customer audits, government inspections, and certification audits.

- Promote a strong safety environment through training, engagement, and risk prevention activities.

- Monitor and analyze EHS KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Support corporate and patrimonial security initiatives and compliance efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and sustainable manufacturing operations.

The Successful Applicant

Role

As the EHS Manager will play a key role in driving Environmental,



Health & Safety performance and ensuring compliance across manufacturing operations. The succesfull candidate will:

- Bring 10+ years of professional experience in EHS management within the automotive / metalwork industry.

- Demonstrate experience in Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or metalworking manufacturing environments.

- Possess proven expertise leading ISO 45001, ISO 14001, customer, and government audits.

- Have experience developing and implementing EHS strategies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Show strong leadership, accountability, conflict management, and results-oriented skills.

- Be comfortable working within highly automated manufacturing environments.

- Have knowledge of EHS management systems, KPI reporting tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and statistical analysis tools.

- Possess at least 2 years of experience overseeing Corporate or Patrimonial Security operations.

- Hold a completed Bachelor's Degree and demonstrate intermediate English proficiency.
