Performance Test Engineer - Mexico (Hybrid)
We are looking for a **Performance** Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in performance testing tools and modern monitoring stacks to join our team in Mexico (CDMX, GDL, QRO or MTY).
Location and work setup
- Location: CDMX, Guadalajara, Querétaro or Monterrey, Mexico.
- Work model: Hybrid.
- Experience: 3-6 years in performance testing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and objectives.
- Design and develop performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter/BlazeMeter and, ideally, LoadRunner/StormRunner.
- Customize scripts to simulate realistic user behavior and load scenarios.
- Design effective workload models that reflect production-like usage.
- Execute performance tests and monitor system behavior under load.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and potential issues.
- Analyze test results and prepare clear, actionable performance reports.
- Provide recommendations and tuning suggestions based on test outcomes.
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment on performance goals.
Required skills
- Strong experience with performance testing tools: JMeter/BlazeMeter (must), LoadRunner/StormRunner (nice to have).
- Experience with performance testing concepts (load, stress, endurance, scalability).
- Knowledge of APM and monitoring tools such as Datadog,



AppInsights, Grafana.
- Familiarity with cloud and container technologies (Azure, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with good situational awareness.
- Strong presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
