**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related Minimum 2 years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments.
**We’re Hiring: Quality Engineer**
Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua
- Experience with customer quality support, rejection follow-up, or non-conformance management.
- Exposure to automotive manufacturing processes (preferred).
- **Skills & Knowledge**:
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.x, and customer-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, A3).
- Strong cross-functional coordination and follow-up skills.
- Clear and professional customer communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.




- Basic to intermediate English (reading, writing, and communication).
- Valid U.S. visa and legal travel documentation.
- Willingness to reside in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
- **Desirable**:
- Experience in customer service, plant inspections, or rejection follow-up.
- Exposure to leather, trimming, or upholstery processes in the automotive industry.
