Requirements
Education
- **Licenciatura or Maestría** in a relevant field, such as:
- English Teaching / ELT / TESOL
- Languages / Foreign Languages
- Education or Pedagogy with a focus on English teaching
Teaching Certification
- At least one **formal English-teaching qualification**, for example:
- Cambridge certifications (TKT, CELTA, DELTA, C1/C2 with methodology)
- TEFL / TESOL
- Teaching diploma or teacher training course (e.g. UNAM, IPN, Anglo Mexicano)
Language Skills
- **Advanced or proficient English level** (C1 or C2 recommended)
Location & Availability
- Must currently **reside in Mexico City or nearby areas**:
- Must be **available for in-person teaching**:
- Willing and able to travel to students’ locations within CDMX
- Experience teaching:
- Adults and/or professionals
- One-to-one or small groups
- Experience in language schools, companies,



or universities is valued.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Business English
- Corporate or professional clients
- Exam preparation (IELTS, Cambridge, TOEFL)
- Availability for mornings and/or evenings
- Long-term availability
