**Main responsibilities**
- Provide a warm and professional experience to every person who visits the apartments.
- Lead in-person tours through the apartments and common areas, explaining features, benefits, and answering questions in Spanish and English.
- Clearly explain the rental process with Homie in a simple way, generating trust and clarity in every visit.
- Identify opportunities to close, understand the customer’s needs, handle objections, and give subtle commercial pushes to move forward in the rental process.
- Take care of the visit experience from start to finish: punctuality, friendly treatment, tidy spaces, and follow-up afterward when applicable.
- Check before visits that apartments and hallways are in good condition (lights, basic cleanliness, access, visible details for the customer).
- Keep an organized record of visits, customer comments,



and the status of each interested prospect in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, maintenance, commercial) to coordinate schedules, resolve incidents, and ensure the building is always “ready to show.”
**What you need to apply**
- Fluent English, with the ability to host visits, explain the process, and answer questions in this language.
- Previous experience in face-to-face roles (sales, retail, hospitality, real estate, reception, host/hostess, etc.).
- Clear ability to communicate, build trust, and persuade in a respectful and professional way.
- Strong service-oriented attitude and attention to detail, able to detect issues in the building and report them without letting anything slip.
- Organization and punctuality to manage visit schedules and basic follow-up.
