Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume BPO and call center roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring campaigns
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Operations to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitor activity
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **3+ years of high-volume sourcing or recruitment experience** (BPO/contact center strongly preferred)
- Proven success supporting aggressive monthly hiring targets
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels in Mexico City
- Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work fully onsite
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment

Pay: $22,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month
