Coordinar de acuerdo con los procesos, las operaciones aduanales en tráficos marítimo, aéreo, terrestre, multimodal, o según sea el caso, asegurando la rentabilidad de la operación y la satisfacción del cliente.

What will your functions be?

- Operación Productivo: Gestionar correctamente los servicios solicitados por los clientes asignados, cumpliendo con los estándares establecidos.
- Registro de Información: Asegurar la correcta entrada de información aduanal (pedimentos, e-documents, COVEs, etc.) para evitar desviaciones operativas.
- Facturación: Asegurar que el expediente electrónico cuente con los documentos necesarios para realizar la facturación, y llevar a cabo la facturación cuando sea necesario.
- Elaboración de Reportes: Generar y transmitir reportes operativos, proporcionando visibilidad sobre el estatus de las operaciones para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
- Seguimiento y Comunicación: Proporcionar retroalimentación diaria sobre las operaciones y mantener una comunicación respetuosa y efectiva con clientes y compañeros.
- Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos operativos, políticas internas y lineamientos legales establecidos por la Dirección de Operaciones.
- Verificación de Información: Confirmar que la información y la documentación estén completas y correctas por embarque.
