Role
Our client is a character driven entertainment company operating at the intersection of comics, anime, animation, social media, technology, and digital entertainment.

They are looking for a Production & Project Manager to help coordinate projects, support leadership, and keep operations running smoothly across multiple teams and initiatives.

This role combines project management, production coordination and executive support. You will work closely with leadership, participate in meetings, track priorities, coordinate deliverables, and ensure projects continue moving forward efficiently.

resourceful, an excellent communicator, and someone who naturally takes ownership.

Responsabilities:

• Track and manage multiple projects across content production, marketing, social media, creator partnerships, and technology initiatives
• Maintain project timelines, task lists, meeting notes, and action items across teams
• Follow up with internal team members, contractors, creators, and external partners to ensure deliverables stay on track
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively assist in resolving issues before they impact project timelines
• Keep leadership informed on project status, priorities, risks, and outstanding needs
• Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute summaries and action items
• Support executives with scheduling, coordination, research, and project follow through
• Help organize priorities and maintain visibility across multiple company initiatives
