Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Global _Program Manager_ located in _Flex_ _Guadalajara North site._
This role serves as the global interface to the customer, leading multi‑site program execution, driving operational alignment, and ensuring strategic program success. The Global Program Manager is responsible for overall program performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability.
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Serve as the global single point of contact for customer programs and escalations._
- _ Manage global customer relationships and lead quarterly business reviews._
- _ Communicate with customer expectations and ensure alignment across all Flex sites._
- _ Track and drive key milestones, deliverables, and program objectives._
- _ Ensure commonality between each of the manufacturing sites._
- _ Manage customer relationships on a Global basis and is the Customer single point of Contact, globally for all product programs and operational performance issues escalated beyond site Management._
- _ Facilitate external communication between customers and Flex Sites._
- _ Ensure Customer’s expectations are clearly communicated and are being met within Flex._
- _ Act as the leader and sponsor for Global customer FPLC projects and has signed off responsibility at the phase gate reviews_
- _ Input into Customer Contract development and ensures Contract requirements are adhered to by both operations and customers._




- _ Coordinate full or part system programs, between different Flex organizations (e.g. PCB, Enclosures, B/P, Plastics, Design & Test etc.) and functions (e.g. Supply chain, Manufacturing, Design, Quality etc.)._
- _ Identify additional opportunities within a division/segment or account and support the integrated sales proposal._
- _ Conduct operational reviews to ensure Flex and Customer requirements are at the required levels._
- _ Input into future Flex operational and manufacturing strategies to support customer business strategies._
- _ Ensure Use and Sharing of best practices and Standardization of Flex and Customer processes and procedures._
- _ Establish performance measurements for Global PM Organization to maximize profit and reduce liability (CSMP, KOI, P&L; etc.)._
- _ Facilitating solutions for Flex and the customer._
- _ Setting and resetting customer expectations._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS degree._
- _ Advanced English level is required._
- _ Strong experience in integral program management and financial ownership (P&L;)._
- _ Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site._
- _ Experience with NPI, FPLC, and launch processes._
- _ Knowledge of Shield systems and cost management._
- _ Experience in metal mechanics and PCBA (preferred)._
- _ Strong experience in metal mechanics and PCBA desirable._
