The Logistics Concept and Process Planner is responsible for designing and implementing target-compliant concepts and process planning for logístical operations. This role ensures the anchoring of logístical requirements and evaluates supply alternatives for core processes across all part families relevant for LAKA within the San Luis Potosí plant. The position serves as a central point of contact for internal and external functions, including Engineering (E) and Manufacturing (M) departments, to ensure seamless integration of logistics into the overall production process.
**What awaits you?**
- Design and agree on target-compliant concepts and process planning for logístical operations.
- Anchor logístical requirements and evaluate supply alternatives for core processes across all part families.
- Agree on sourcing premises aligned with value stream planning goals and provide necessary project premises to internal functions.
- Plan supply chain and lineside delivery processes for all logístical process chains required to supply painted body operations.
- Provide capacity planning support to core teams during the concept phase for responsible plants.
- Achieve technology-specific economic steering figures,



deadlines, and quality goals.
- Strategically plan and implement projects in the concept and implementation phases in alignment with committee guidelines.
- Represent logistics positions, including content, costs, and recommendations, in evaluation processes for product design and nominations.
- Place logístical requirements for product design within vehicle projects.
- Decide on technical changes from a logistics perspective in the change management system.
- Represent logistics as a central point of contact for all logistics topics towards Engineering and Manufacturing areas.
- Manage negotiation and decision-making processes with relevant circles and committees.
**What should you bring along?**
- Bachelor´s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience in logistics planning, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digitalization and automation tools for logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and align with strategic goals.
- Competence in risk assessment and decision-making in logistics contexts.
- Fluent English
