We are looking for a **Finance Supervisor** to lead the team responsible for bank reconciliations team. This role involves direct interaction with stakeholders in the **USA**, so **the interview will be entirely in English**.
RESPONSIBILITIES
**What you’ll do**:
- Supervise and review bank reconciliations and accounting processes.
- Guide the team in using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
- Resolve discrepancies and collaborate with integral teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
**Key requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- **Advanced English (spoken and written)** - mandatory for interviews and daily work.
- 5+ years in general accounting and bank reconciliations.
- Experience leading teams and working with ERP systems.
- **Location**: Punto Polanco, Mexico City (hybrid).
