- The Collections & Deductions Analyst will focus specifically on proactively detect and prevent collection issues, on top customer account collections for past due amounts, on escalating and assisting in the resolution of business issues; reporting, disputing and clearing deductions related to Gross to Net promotions, vendor compliance, audit, pricing and inventory adjustments:
**Collections**: Manage customer account balances, generate past due notices, contact customers for payment, escalate issues, recommend write-offs, prepare statements, monitor performance, respond to queries, reconcile unapplied payments, create monthly estimates, assist with escalated issues, participate in cross-functional meetings, and help create monthly reports.
**Deductions**:
Review and identify open deductions, monitor assigned deductions, notify relevant teams of customer issues or missing credit memos, communicate open deduction status, submit disputes, provide Month End Results, clear credit notes/paybacks, escalate issues, prepare monthly estimates, assist with escalated issues, participate in cross-functional meetings, and help create monthly reports.
**Required Qualifications**:
Undergraduate Degree-
Prior experience in a customer service environment-
Proficiency in English-
Sufficient knowledge of financial statements and financial ratios-
Prior experience with the Order to Cash process-
Proficiency with SAP, Word, Excel, and Google tools desire (Sheets, Slides, AODocs, etc.)-
