The Administrative Assistant - Credentialing will be responsible for supporting end-to-end credentialing processes, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating across multiple managers and client contacts. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, accountability, and proactive communication are essential.
**Credentialing Support**
- Prepare, review, and track credentialing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized digital records and credentialing databases
- Monitor expiration dates and proactively follow up on renewals
- Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
**Administrative & Coordination**
- Manage multiple workflows and priorities from different stakeholders
- Provide status updates and reporting to leadership
- Coordinate follow-ups after decisions are made
- Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation at all times
**Excel & Reporting**
- Build and maintain Excel trackers and dashboards
- Perform data validation, cleanup, and reconciliation
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
**Client & Stakeholder Interaction**
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding credentialing status
- Respond to inquiries and resolve documentation issues
- Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams
Required Qualifications




- 2+ years of administrative, credentialing, compliance, or similar experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare credentialing, staffing, or BPO environments
- Experience supporting multiple managers or clients simultaneously
- Familiarity with document management or credentialing systems
- Process improvement mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 03100, Del Valle Centro, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Credentialing: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
