We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist at our office in El Marques to join our Procurement team
**Our Team**
The Sourcing Specialist partners closely with plant operations to ensure reliable supply, cost competitiveness and effective supplier relationships. The role focuses on executing sourcing activities, supporting operational needs and identifying opportunities for value creation.
**What You Will Do**
- Act as the primary sourcing partner for the El Marques plant
- Execute sourcing events (RFx), support negotiations and manage supplier relationships
- Drive cost, efficiency and supply reliability improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant priorities
- Use procurement tools and standard processes to enable operational excellence
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Knowledge of sourcing and supply processes, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365,



including advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables and formula creation).
- Proficient in English.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively with the integral teams
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, International business or similar.
- Experience with the Procurement systems as COUPA or Infor M3
- Basic accounting knowledge, invoicing, accounts payable cycles, cost analysis
