As the Marketing Coordinator - you will play a critical role in the execution of marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, support sales efforts, and establish AMMEGA solution brand as leaders in the industry. Reporting to the Americas Communication Marketing Manager, you will focus on executing marketing initiatives related to Ammeraal Beltech, Megadyne, Jason, Green Belting and MIR. This role requires strong project execution skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and Product Management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Collaboration: Support the US sales team by executing marketing tasks aligned with their needs, such as creating sales collateral, updating promotional materials, and coordinating marketing campaigns to complement sales efforts.
- Marketing Execution: Implement marketing activities that includes: Branding, Communications, Digital, Lead Generation, and EDI/E-Commerce. Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
- Digital Presence: Assist in managing and updating websites and social media channels all Conveying Solutions brands. This includes uploading content, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with the general team for approvals and resources.




- Product Campaigns: Execute new product launches and promotional campaigns. Leverage pre-existing marketing materials and customize them for regional requirements where applicable.
- Lead Generation Support: Assist in implementing lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team. Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics to measure success.
- Trade Shows & Events: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and events related to Conveying Solutions brands, ensuring all marketing materials and logístical requirements are fulfilled.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focused on task execution.
- Experience in industrial or B2B marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
