Position: English Teacher (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Yablo is seeking a dynamic and engaging English Teacher (Part-Time) to teach English to students in both in-person and online formats. The ideal candidate is passionate about language education, brings high energy to the classroom, and is committed to helping students improve their communication skills for real-life and professional contexts.
This role involves working with students of varying levels (A1–B2), delivering structured lessons using our materials, and contributing to a fun, immersive learning environment aligned with Yablo’s methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English classes in both in-person (Roma Norte) and online formats
- Deliver engaging, structured lessons focused on speaking, listening, grammar, and real-life communication
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs, pace, and goals of individual students and small groups
- Use a variety of teaching tools including textbooks, digital platforms, and interactive activities
- Track student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Assign and review homework when appropriate
- Maintain attendance and lesson records via platforms like Google Classroom
- Participate in occasional school activities (conversation clubs, cultural events, and museum visits)
- Collaborate with the Yablo team to ensure a consistent, high-quality student experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, Linguistics, or related field preferred)
- Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience teaching English as a second language (ESL)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to explain language concepts clearly and effectively
- Comfortable teaching both in-person and online
- Availability for part-time hours, including mornings, afternoons, or evenings
