Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions leveraging TIBCO, REST APIs, ESB, iPaaS, and EDA/microservices technologies.

- Create and maintain technical specifications, documentation, test plans, and scripts.

- Build prototypes and present different solution alternatives for functional business requirements to a broad range of stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot and resolve defects identified throughout development and maintenance phases, including Severity 1 production incidents.

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams — Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Product Owners — to deliver cohesive, well-aligned solutions.

- Establish and enforce integration standards, coding best practices, and technical documentation across the integration landscape.

- Build and maintain client relationships while actively contributing to practice development initiatives.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and integral teams through strategic alliances, owning technology solutions related to integration topics.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

- 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Software Development Lead,



Integration Architect, and/or Software Developer.

- Excellent functional and technical communication skills, with proven ability to bridge business and IT collaboration.

- Hands-on/working knowledge across most of the following areas:

- Strong knowledge of APIGEE, REST APIs, Kafka, iPaaS, etc. Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS platform (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).

- TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x and Enterprise Message Service (EMS).

- Cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Familiarity with container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes/Docker) is a plus.

- Knowledge of microservices and/or Java/Python is a plus.

- Industry background/experience in Supply Chain, Sales, e-commerce, loyalty, CRM, retail, or mobile apps.

- Demonstrated project management capability and strong ability to influence stakeholders.

- Agile/Product experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in relational data modeling concepts and implementation.

- Innovative mindset with the ability to quickly absorb new technologies; strong grasp of technology solutions.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
