We are currently seeking a Project Manager I, IT to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Manager I in IT at ICON, you will be responsible for managing technology-focused projects, ensuring that IT solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet organizational needs. Your role will involve coordinating IT project activities, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that all project deliverables align with strategic goals and technological requirements.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Managing IT projects from initiation through to completion, including developing project plans, defining scopes, and setting timelines and budgets.
- Coordinating with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met effectively.
- Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and addressing any issues or risks to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and ensuring alignment with IT and business objectives.
- Ensuring the successful implementation of IT solutions, including managing the integration of new technologies and optimizing existing systems.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, project management, or a related field is preferred, with relevant experience in managing IT projects.
- Experience in overseeing IT projects,



with a focus on delivering technology solutions and managing IT system implementations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple IT projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a background in IT systems and technologies being advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering successful IT solutions and supporting organizational goals.
