As the Sr. Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and expanding strategic customer partnerships across Mexico while driving sustainable revenue growth across key retail channels. This role oversees high-value accounts, develops and executes commercial strategies, and ensures strong cross-functional collaboration to support long-term business objectives.

Serving as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers, the Senior Key Account Manager partners closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, and international teams to deliver best-in-class execution, maximize business performance, and strengthen customer relationships.

What You Will Do
- Manage and grow strategic retail accounts, serving as the lead commercial contact for key customers
- Develop and execute annual account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
- Drive sell-in and sell-through strategies to support strong retail execution and product performance
- Identify and develop new business opportunities,



including category expansion and new customer acquisition
- Lead commercial negotiations related to pricing, promotional activities, and joint business planning initiatives
- Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory management
- Present new product launches, category insights, and strategic business initiatives to customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Partner with LATAM and general cross-functional teams to align on regional business priorities and execution plans
- Proactively address customer issues and implement solutions to maintain strong, long-term partnerships
- Ensure timely execution of customer deliverables, promotional calendars, and business initiatives
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and account documentation in alignm
