At **Solar Turbines**, we are looking for a **Warehouse Assistant**to support the control and management of specialized tools, materials, and equipment used in Field Service operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with our general standards.
**What You’ll Do**
- Control the receipt, storage, and dispatch of tools and materials.
- Coordinate calibration processes for specialized tools.
- Support equipment disposal and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic counts.
- Receive and inspect PPE and materials to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support administrative tasks such as reports and documentation control.
- Safely handle materials and operate forklifts when required.




- Fleet vehicle management: maintenance, documentation, tooling, etc.
**What We’re Looking For**
- High school diploma or technical education (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control.
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics preferred).
- Familiarity with warehouse documentation (POs, delivery notes, invoices).
- English level**:Basic to Intermediate (Foundation / Progressive)**.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
