**Mission of the role**
Ensure Bloom’s financial operations run accurately and on time by managing billing, collections, treasury activities, payroll preparation, purchasing support, and internal financial reporting, while supporting the accounting processes of both a Mexican entity and a U.S. LLC. This role provides leadership with clear visibility into the company’s revenue, costs, liquidity, and overall financial position.
**About the role**
Bloom is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented accountant to support the company’s financial and administrative operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring that key operational finance processes—such as billing, collections, treasury activities, payroll preparation, purchasing support, and internal financial reporting—are executed accurately and on time.
The position works closely with Bloom’s leadership, accounting team, and People & Culture team to maintain reliable financial information, execute company payments, coordinate payroll processes, and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s day-to-day financial processes.
This role will also support accounting processes related to both a Mexican legal entity and a U.S. LLC, offering valuable exposure to binational accounting and international business operations within a growing global services company.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- +1 year of professional experience in accounting, finance, or operational finance roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with excellent attention to detail.
- Conversational and solid written English knowledge (B1).




- Basic understanding of treasury processes, payroll preparation, financial reporting, and operational finance.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibility and financial discipline when handling company resources.
- Strong interest in binational accounting and international business operations.
**Working conditions**
**Monthly salary**:$18,000MXN
**Job schedule**: 9:00 a.m. - 6 p.m. CDMX
