Job Objective
To provide support to the Inside Sales and Purchasing team in operational and administrative activities, aiming to ensure timely customer service, efficient order management, and proper coordination with suppliers. The intern will develop commercial, analytical, and process management skills within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
- Track sales orders, delivery dates, and production status.
- Assist with preparations for attending events and trade shows.
- Generate requisitions for products and services for the Sales department.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, finance) to ensure order fulfillment.
Purchasing
- Request and compare quotes from suppliers.
- Track purchase orders and delivery lead times.
- Update supplier information and required documentation.
- Assist with the analysis of pricing, commercial terms, and supply alternatives.
- Maintain communication with suppliers to resolve inquiries or check status updates.

**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled student in Administration, Business, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Excel (filters, tables, simple formulas).
- Intermediate to Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
