**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver **exceptional phone service** to patients




- Schedule **medical appointments** with care and precision
- Follow established **customer support procedures** to ensure smooth operations
- Attend **team meetings** (Mon-Fri 8:45 am PST) and collaborate with colleagues
**What You Need**
- **Fluent English & Spanish** (written & spoken) - **Required**:
- **6+ months of customer service or outbound call experience**:
- Proficiency in **computers, MS Office, and Google products**:
- **Empathy, proactiveness,** and **strong communication skills**
**Work Schedule**
- **Full-time (40-44 hours/week)**:
- Monday to Friday**:9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST**:
- **Note**: This is a full-time role; no part-time or dual job arrangements are available.
