**Position Summary**:
As a **Claims Agent**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients round the clock. Your primary duty will be to answer incoming calls promptly, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. You will work in shifts to ensure uninterrupted service to clients at all times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, adhering to company protocols and standards. 24/7 emergency line
Assist customers with their inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to higher authorities when necessary.
Ensure that all interactions with customers meet quality standards and reflect positively on the company's image.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
**Qualifications**:
English Advanced
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.




Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Adjuster or emergency line experience.
