Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Required)

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT service delivery experience. (Required)

- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (conversational). (Required)

- Experience in the manufacturing industry. (Required)

- Experience with ServiceNow and Windows 11. (Required)

- Experience with data migration. (Nice to have)
