We are looking for a Especialista Sr. de Gestión de Talento to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic professional with experience executing and improving talent management processes. The position will support key initiatives across performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership assessments, and talent analytics, providing business leaders with meaningful insights to make informed talent decisions and strengthen organizational capabilities.
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) is required, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in both written and spoken English.
Experience
3–4 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management, with exposure to succession planning, performance management, talent reviews, analytics, and organizational support.
Hands-on experience executing talent management processes, including performance management, leadership assessments, succession planning, and development planning.
Experience analyzing talent data and generating reports and insights to support business and talent decisions.
Experience participating in high-impact HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in Learning, Talent Development, or Leadership Development is highly valued.
Skills to succeed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful talent insights.
Solid planning, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Strategic thinking and the ability to connect talent initiatives with business needs.
Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and learning agility in dynamic environments.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and coordinate talent management processes, including talent reviews, performance management, succession planning, and leadership assessments.
Facilitate talent discussions with business leaders and provide relevant information and insights to support workforce and talent decisions.
Monitor development and succession plans, ensuring talent information remains accurate and up to date.
Generate, analyze, and communicate talent metrics, reports, and insights to support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity across talent management systems and reporting platforms.
Collaborate with HR teams and Centers of Excellence to support integrated talent, learning, and development initiatives.
Coordinate 360-degree feedback processes and contribute to leadership and talent development initiatives.
Support continuous improvement projects focused on strengthening the effectiveness and efficiency of talent management programs. Join us!
