We are looking for a Especialista Sr Desarrollo de Mercados to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, results-driven individual who understands how to drive revenue growth and improve profitability by identifying proactive and reactive opportunities across Aeromexico’s Domestic, Latin America narrowbody, and key Offline markets. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to accurately diagnose market opportunities, recommend and ensure the timely implementation of actions, and measure their success. It also focuses on transforming the Market Development Team’s Data and AI capabilities to improve efficiency, accuracy, consistency, and speed-to-market; evaluating new route and capacity opportunities; supporting successful route launches; and providing strategic and consultative support to key commercial areas across the business.

Educational requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Experience

- Experience managing and analyzing the performance of Domestic, Latin America narrowbody, and key Offline markets, identifying proactive and reactive opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Experience diagnosing commercial and market opportunities, developing accurate recommendations, coordinating cross-departmental actions, ensuring timely implementation, and measuring results.
- Experience analyzing new route and capacity opportunities in Domestic and Latin America narrowbody markets,



considering relevant commercial and operational factors and effectively communicating recommendations.
- Experience supporting new route launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic and implementation readiness.
- Experience providing strategic and consultative support to business areas such as Sales, PRM, Marketing, Ecommerce, AMV, AMR, and Sales Strategy.

- Ability to evaluate route and capacity opportunities comprehensively and communicate recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Strategic and consultative mindset, with the ability to support commercial teams and contribute to informed business decisions.
