Are you a high-energy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a **Bilingual Sales Associate** to join our growing US-based logistics and moving team. This is a **100% remote** position focused on converting inbound inquiries into booked moves and managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Follow-ups**: Conduct disciplined outbound calls to new and existing leads to guide them through the booking process.
- **Lead Qualification**: Gather accurate move details (inventory, locations, scheduling)



to provide precise estimates.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain detailed, real-time records in our CRM to ensure operational continuity across shifts.
- **Objection Handling**: Confidently address customer concerns and follow sales scripts to maximize booking outcomes.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Bilingual Fluency**: Professional-level verbal and written communication in both **English and Spanish** is required.
- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles.
- **Technical Setup**: Must have a reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
- **Availability**: Must be able to commit to the full **8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time** schedule.
