- Satturday and Sunday 07:00-20:00

**Salary**: $7,500 MXN / month

Join our **Track & Trace Team** and play a key role in keeping our logistics network moving. You'll monitor shipments in real time, proactively communicate updates, and ensure every load stays on track from pickup to delivery.
Your attention to detail and sense of urgency will make a direct impact on operational success.
**What You'll Do**




Monitor and track shipments from dispatch to final delivery
Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
Communicate with carriers to confirm pickup, transit status, and delivery times
Identify potential delays and proactively escalate issues
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking records in internal systems
**Core Skills & Qualifications**
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (B2 level)
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to multitask and manage high shipment volume
Proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills
Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
