Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a TA Employer Branding Consultant.
**What you’ll do**:
**Job Summary**
- As a TA Employer Branding Consultant you will be responsible for supporting and advancing Eaton’s employer branding strategy across Latin America by promoting the company’s culture, values, and business goals through compelling content and visual storytelling to strengthen Eaton’s position as an employer of choice in the region.

Additionally, you will collaborate with regional and integral stakeholders to continuously improve processes and support innovation within the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding function.
**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Manage employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.
- 2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned ELDP roles across various business units and geographies.
- 3. Utilize technology and tools to create compelling content and visual assets (written, digital, and social) to support recruitment marketing campaigns.
- 4. Contribute creative ideas and data driven solutions to improve Eaton’s employer brand presence and recruiting effectiveness.
- 7. Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- 8. Partner with University Relations to support the Early Talent Initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with target universities, and early career talent pipelines.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition COE.

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university**Years and area of experience required**
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a human resources, professional staffing or communications or marketing role**Technical knowledge**
- Advanced English
- Experience with marketing and branding
- Experience with recruiting or staffing
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience working with ATS and JobBoards
