Position Objective.
- Support activities for BP Assembly Line.
- focus on the alignment and standardization of production equipment, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and cycle time requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the mechanical alignment and leveling of workstations and automated equipment to ensure precise assembly.
- Support the installation and validation of new fixtures, jigs, and tooling.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Visual Aids for assembly operators.
- Maintain the Master Tooling List and ensure all equipment follows the standardized setup procedures.
- Participate in the implementation of 5S methodology to standardize the workspace layout and tool placement.
- Data collection and analysis for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) reporting.

Language
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
