We are currently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and driven Buyer Specialist to join our Purchasing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong vendor relationships, and helping ensure product availability across the business.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze inventory levels, product demand, and supplier lead times to issue purchase orders accordingly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of goods.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other purchasing conditions with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, vendor agreements, and related purchasing documents.
- Communicate with vendors regarding lead times, order status, shipment updates, and expedite requests as needed.
- Support vendor onboarding and registration processes.




- Maintain accurate purchasing records and provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely order fulfillment.
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of purchasing, procurement, or inventory management experience.
- Experience working with suppliers, inventory systems, or ERP platforms is a plus.
