Supports planning of sales strategy and maintains an ongoing plan to prioritize a portfolio of accounts and sustain customer relationships throughout the year. Interfaces with customers through both remote and in-person interactions to promote and sell UL TIC services.
Uses technical credibility to build relationships with buyers, decision-makers, and key centers of influence.
Under a moderate level of guidance, drives the sales process from beginning to end, leveraging support from Sales Support Specialists and Inside Sales Executives when necessary.
Follows up with customers to ensure renewal of services where applicable.
Acts on opportunities to sell specialty TIC services.
Meets with new-logo prospects from inbound and outbound channels to qualify their needs, identify decision-makers, and acquire new customers.
Supports discovery, opportunity identification, proposal development, and closing activities for UL products and services.
Leverages technical support resources (engineers) when customers have qualified technical needs.




Creates and maintains a robust pipeline of new business opportunities to supplement existing account activities and owns the sales process through contract closure.
Brings in additional resources when advantageous to support the sales process and delegates leadership of highly technical or specialized opportunities to Technical Inside Sales Executives when appropriate.
Transitions implementation activities to success and fulfillment teams after sales are closed to ensure seamless service delivery.
Works closely with account managers (GAMs and SAMs) to provide a consistent and seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Demonstrate experience in the automotive sector, preferably with component validation processes, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and related qualification activities.
