How you'll make an impact
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established quality standards.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Document and communicate test results with precision while maintaining detailed laboratory records.
- Identify non-conformances and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corrective and preventive actions.
- Support root cause investigations and contribute to resolving quality-related issues.
- Assist in developing, validating, and improving testing methods and laboratory procedures.
- Mentor and support laboratory team members by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
