Detailed Description of the Project
Project Objective
Support with various activities within the Global H&S; area.
Challenges for the Students
Develop skills in administrative management, creativity applied to presentations, reports, websites, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out
- Prepare the team’s weekly activity report.
- Prepare the monthly global H&S; indicators report.
- Create two monthly H&S; messages for OGV.
- Address regional requests regarding the global dashboard and Intelex.
- Prepare various presentations for the area.
- Support information requests from corporate and regional areas.
- Contribute to activities related to the Global H&S; Awards.
- Update area materials in line with Cemex’s new branding and identity.
- Prepare global safety alerts.
- Update the list with the status of F2 reports.
Specific Requirements / Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Analytical skills.
- Teamwork.
- Problem-solving.
- Self-motivation for learning.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
- A plus would be experience with Power BI and data science.
