**ROLE OBJETIVE**:
To gather and structure business requirements from corporate functions and lead the execution of IT initiatives that improve processes, enable data‑driven decisions, and deliver measurable business value across the Americas, ensuring alignment with governance, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
I.Project Execution & Delivery
Own project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery approach (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall), coordinating cross‑functional teams and vendors to deliver solutions on time and within agreed constraints.
II.Business Requirements & Value Management
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non‑functional requirements, ensuring traceability from business needs to delivered outcomes and alignment with defined KPIs and benefits.




III.Process Improvement & Business Analysis
Analyze “as‑is” processes, define “to‑be” solutions, document business rules and data requirements, and quantify value in productivity, quality, cost, and compliance.
IV.Demand & Portfolio Support
Support demand intake and prioritization by evaluating solution alternatives, estimating impacts, and contributing to data‑driven business cases.
V.Application Lifecycle & Vendors Coordination
VI. Documentation & Adoption Enablement
Ensure functional documentation, process definitions, and knowledge transfer materials are created to support user adoption, operational readiness, and long‑term sustainability
