Descripcion General:

Responsable de ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en edificios, instalaciones y sistemas de soporte de la planta para asegurar su operación segura, eficiente y confiable. Realiza reparaciones, inspecciones y mejoras relacionadas con sistemas eléctricos, plomería, ventilación, aire acondicionado e infraestructura general, contribuyendo a la continuidad de las operaciones y al mantenimiento adecuado de las instalaciones.

Actividades y Responsabilidades Principales:

- Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en edificios, instalaciones y servicios generales de la planta.
- Inspeccionar instalaciones para identificar condiciones inseguras, daños o necesidades de reparación.
- Realizar trabajos básicos de electricidad, incluyendo revisión y reparación de iluminación, contactos, cableado, tableros y equipos asociados.
- Ejecutar reparaciones de plomería, drenaje, bombas de agua y sistemas relacionados con los servicios del edificio.
- Realizar mantenimiento básico a sistemas de ventilación, extracción, aire acondicionado y equipos auxiliares de infraestructura.
- Ejecutar trabajos menores de construcción, pintura, soldadura y adecuación de áreas cuando sean requeridos.
- Apoyar en la instalación, reubicación o modificación de infraestructura y servicios necesarios para la operación.
- Diagnosticar y corregir fallas básicas en equipos e instalaciones de Facilities.
- Dar seguimiento a órdenes de trabajo y documentar adecuadamente las actividades realizadas.
- Mantener herramientas, materiales y áreas de trabajo en condiciones seguras y ordenadas.
- Colaborar con proveedores, contratistas y áreas internas en actividades relacionadas con mantenimiento de instalaciones.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad, uso de equipo de protección personal y demás requerimientos aplicables.
- Contribuir a un ambiente de trabajo protegido, colaborativo y orientado a la mejora continua.

Job requirements

Escolaridad/Experiencia/Requerimientos:

- Carrera técnica en Electromecánica, Electricidad, Mantenimiento Industrial, Refrigeración o área relacionada.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de edificios, instalaciones o servicios generales.
- Conocimientos de electricidad, plomería, construcción básica y mantenimiento general.
- Conocimientos básicos de sistemas HVAC, ventilación y extracción.
- Capacidad para interpretar diagramas, manuales técnicos e instrucciones de trabajo.
- Conocimiento de prácticas de seguridad industrial aplicables al mantenimiento.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar diferentes turnos y atender contingencias operativas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y administrar múltiples prioridades.

Habilidades Deseadas:





- Experiencia en mantenimiento de instalaciones industriales.
- Conocimientos básicos de electricidad, plomería, HVAC y servicios generales.
- Capacidad de análisis y solución de problemas.
- Organización, seguimiento y sentido de urgencia.
