Family Office Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Family Office Accountant to join a dynamic international operation focused on financial administration, reporting, and multi-entity accounting management.

This role is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting of multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. The position works closely with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and U.S.-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly accounting operations for multiple international entities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, fixed assets, and depreciation.
- Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Support external audits and ensure timely delivery of financial and fiscal information.
- Review accounting records and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain communication with U.S.-based administrative teams and external stakeholders.




- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting working papers for management presentations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting and financial analysis.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel and QuickBooks skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting external audits is a plus.
