We are looking for a

Finance Coordinator with solid experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, internal controls, and team management to join a integral organization.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 3+ years of post-certification experience in Finance within multinational companies.

- 3+ years of proven experience managing teams.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.

- Experience with taxation and transfer pricing.

- Experience working with large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

- Experience with consolidated financial reporting.

- Advanced English / bilingual proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of financial and management reports.




- Coordinate and lead the Finance team.
- Optimize financial processes and controls to drive efficiencies.
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions.
- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial results, KPIs, trends, and key business drivers.
- Act as a Business Partner to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate external audit processes.
- Follow up on tax, corporate, and regulatory matters.
- Lead, develop, and strengthen the Finance team.
