We're looking for the first hire in the Finance Operations department for the US market. The person joining will help us adapting our playbook to the market. Role & Responsibilities

On a day to day basis you will:

Provide clear and concise answers within set SLAs

Ensure quote reconciliation: make sure events have the correct final amounts from each supplier

Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client

Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes

Adapt our processes to the USA & LATAM market. Your profile





Mandatory requirements

You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a Billing / Invoicing role at a tech scale-up.

You are fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plus

You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)

You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team

You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail

You can demonstrate how you have used AI or automation to improve operations You are the perfect candidate
