As a Financial Strategy and Planning Senior Associate, you will focus on developing and implementing strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Your role will involve analyzing financial data, forecasting future trends, and providing recommendations for optimizing financial performance. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations. In this role at PwC, you will work within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients. You will handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, helping clients optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards.

You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the overall strategy and success of the firm.

Responsibilities

- Preparing and analyzing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and variances against the previous month, prior year, budget, and forecast.
- Conducting executive-level account analysis,



identifying relevant variances and clearly explaining their causes in a structured manner.
- Supporting the preparation, monitoring, and control of the Business Services budget and forecast, mainly operating and administrative expenses.
- Following up on reconciliations, balances, and account reconciliations.
- Developing and implementing strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Analyzing financial data to forecast future trends and provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
- Managing financial budgeting and forecasting processes to support informed business decisions.
- Conducting balance sheet and cash flow analysis to identify opportunities for financial improvement.
- Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders to facilitate strategic planning.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.
- Utilizing financial modeling techniques to support profitability management and financial strategy development.
- Collaborating with teams to uphold professional and technical standards in financial management practices.
- Building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations to deliver quality financial advice.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or financial planning.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
